• Price: 1/4 beef $1,370 or 1/2 beef $2,740
• Approximate take-home weight for 1/2: ~250 lbs of packaged beef
• Approximate take-home weight for 1/4: ~125 lbs of packaged beef
• We select standard cuts for you. Convenient, Easy & Hassle Free!
• Professionally butchered & vacuum sealed
• Dry-aged for flavor and tenderness
• Pickup directly at the farm (date coordinated in advance)

Ground Beef — 40–45%

• 1 lb packages

Steaks — 25–30% 

• Ribeye, T-Bone / Porterhouse, Sirloin

• Flank or skirt 

Roasts — 15–20%

• Chuck roasts, Shoulder roasts, Rump roasts, Top Round, Bottom Round, Sirloin tip roasts, Brisket

 Specialty Cuts & Extras — 5–10% 

• Short ribs, stew meat, cube steak

• oxtail, heart, liver, tongue (as available)

Freezer Space Needed

• For 1/4 beef we recommend 7 cubic feet

• For 1/2 beef we recommend one large chest freezer or full upright freezer
