8lbs ground beef (1lb packs)

1 sirloin steak (XL)

2 porterhouse steaks

2 Delmonico steaks

2 packs of stew meat, fajita or kebobs

3 packs of 6oz burger patties (4 in a pack)

1 Chuck roast or other available roast
