30lbs ground beef (1lb packs)

2 sirloin steaks

2 rib steaks

2 Delmonico steaks

2 porterhouse steaks

2 T-bone steaks

4 packs steak ums

3 packs of stew meat, fajita or kebobs

1 box of 4oz burger patties 

2 2pks of 6oz patties

3 roasts- varying kinds chuck, top round, bottom round, rump & eye round

1 small brisket

10 snack sticks

2 packs of regular beef franks

1 pack of jalapeño cheese franks
